01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between hah555 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the hah555 website at hah555.net or any associated mobile-optimised interface.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the hah555 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a binding contract between you and hah555.

hah555 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond posting the revised document on this page. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the hah555 platform following any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to lawfully use the hah555 platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law — it is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of hah555, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written permission has been granted by hah555 management.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with hah555 or any responsible gaming programme that would prohibit your participation.
• You have not been previously banned from the hah555 platform due to a breach of these Terms or any fraudulent activity.

Age Verification

hah555 employs an active age verification programme. Upon registration or at any point during your use of the platform, hah555 may require you to provide documentary evidence confirming your date of birth and identity. Acceptable documents typically include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Until such verification is satisfactorily completed, hah555 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the suspension of deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds held will be returned to the source payment method where technically possible, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. hah555 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and does not profit from it under any circumstances.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by hah555, including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and processing payments, you must register a personal account on the platform. The registration process is free of charge.

Accuracy of Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not use a pseudonym, false identity, or another person's details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hah555 account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-step (2FA) verification where available and strongly recommended by hah555.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Notify hah555 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

hah555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified hah555 of a suspected breach.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active hah555 account. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using alternative personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hah555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any bonus funds, and in cases of suspected fraud, withhold and investigate any real-money balance.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hah555 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hah555 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your hah555 account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on your chosen payment method.
• hah555 does not charge any fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• hah555 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects may be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your name and that you have previously used for a deposit, except where hah555 grants express written approval for an alternative withdrawal method.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 3 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• hah555 may require additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in the Bonuses & Promotions section of these Terms.

Anti-Money Laundering

hah555 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. hah555 reserves the right to freeze any account and withhold associated funds pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction or pattern of transactions may constitute or facilitate any such illegal activity. In such cases, hah555 may disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

hah555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have fully registered and verified their hah555 account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion will clearly state its wagering requirement (also referred to as playthrough requirement), eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit (if applicable), minimum odds (for sports bets), time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap from bonus-derived winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• hah555 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would unfairly prejudice players who have already commenced wagering on the relevant bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless a specific promotion explicitly provides for a cash equivalent.

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting hah555 bonuses in bad faith — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements (such as arbitrage betting or hedging), or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions — will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed. hah555 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse and reserves the right to make the final determination in all such cases.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the hah555 platform. Additional rules applicable to specific products — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and Super Bingo — are published in the relevant product-specific rules sections within the platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets placed through hah555 are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before confirming any bet.
• Minimum bet size and maximum payout limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, hah555's settlement rules for the relevant sport shall apply. Generally, bets on events postponed beyond 48 hours from the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• hah555 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement.
• Cricket markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers test and ODI series are governed by the specific cricket betting rules available within the hah555 platform.

Casino & Live Dealer Games

• All casino games on hah555 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. By participating in live dealer games, you also agree to be bound by the applicable studio's game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a live dealer session, hah555's decision regarding the settlement of affected bets is final, subject to review of available server-side records.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games and table games are published within the relevant game information panel accessible from the game lobby.

Crash Games (Aviator, Limbo, Super Bingo)

Crash games available on hah555 operate on provably fair algorithms. The outcome of each round is generated before the round begins and can be verified by players using the seed verification tools provided within each game interface. hah555 does not manipulate crash game outcomes and accepts no liability for player decisions made during active gameplay.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hah555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment instruments to fund an account.
• Money Laundering: Using hah555 as a vehicle to launder funds derived from criminal activity or to conceal the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer, or tournament formats.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider for funds already deposited and wagered on hah555. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in account termination and recovery of funds by all available legal means.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any third-party software that interacts with the hah555 platform in an automated manner to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Operating multiple accounts, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent regional restrictions, or employing any strategy that exploits promotional mechanics in bad faith.
• Offensive Conduct: Using live chat or any other communication feature to harass, abuse, threaten, or use offensive language toward hah555 staff or other players.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the hah555 platform to conduct any form of unauthorised commercial gambling business, including operating a sub-agent betting service using your hah555 account.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your hah555 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be assessed. Real-money balances net of any voided bonus funds will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

Suspension or Closure by hah555

hah555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy).
• Identification of the account holder as a minor under the age of 18.
• A valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity). Prior to classifying an account as dormant, hah555 will send a notification to the registered email address. Dormant account balances are held securely and remain accessible upon reactivation. hah555 does not apply dormant account fees that would deplete your balance to zero.

Effect of Closure

Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by you or by hah555 — all outstanding bonus funds and free spins are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances, less any amounts subject to investigation or chargeback dispute, will be returned to the player's registered payment method. These Terms & Conditions shall survive account closure insofar as they relate to events that occurred prior to closure, including but not limited to outstanding disputes, fraud investigations, and chargeback proceedings.
